Visual Testing CWI-led visual weld inspection to AWS D1.1, ASME IX, and API standards. Ultrasonic Testing Shear-wave and straight-beam UT for welds, plate, and castings. Phased Array UT Encoded phased-array scanning as a radiography alternative, with full data records. Magnetic Particle Wet and dry method MT for surface and near-surface indications. Liquid Penetrant Visible and fluorescent PT for nonferrous and finished surfaces. CWI services and QA staffing AWS Certified Welding Inspectors for procedure qualification, welder qualification, in-process surveillance, and final acceptance.
