About

Founded on the floor, not in an office

Elite NDE was founded by an AWS Certified Welding Inspector with hands-on inspection experience across pipeline, structural, and aerospace work, including launch vehicle production.

The fix is not complicated

We watched good inspection teams get stretched thin and good inspectors leave the trade while the work kept growing. Train people well, certify them properly, schedule them sustainably, and stand behind the reports they sign. That's the whole model.

Where we dispatch

Based in Texas, dispatching across the Texas Gulf Coast and South Texas. Travel assignments beyond the core area are quoted with per diem and mobilization. If the job needs certified eyes on welds, ask.
