Quality

Our certification program

NDT certification in the US is employer-based. It is the inspection company's written practice, Level III oversight, and records that make a technician's certification mean something. We treat that as the product, not paperwork. This page is written for the supplier quality auditor.

What we maintain

Written practice (SNT-TC-1A)

All technicians are trained, qualified, and certified under our written practice, developed and approved by an ASNT Level III, in accordance with SNT-TC-1A. Training hours, experience hours, examinations, vision exams, and recertification intervals are documented per method and level.

Aerospace certification (NAS 410)

Personnel assigned to aerospace work are certified on a NAS 410 track program meeting the training and experience hours the standard requires.

Pipeline qualification (49 CFR 192 / 195)

Inspectors are qualified under each operator's OQ program, with third-party evaluations maintained through Veriforce and ISNetworld.

Records and traceability

Certification records, vision exams, procedure revisions, equipment calibration, and inspection reports are maintained and traceable. Every report links the weld, the procedure revision, the code edition, and the inspector's current certification.

Insurance

General liability, professional liability (errors and omissions), and workers' compensation held at the limits your master service agreement requires. Certificates of insurance available on request.

Audit us.

Desk review or site audit, we would rather show you the records than talk about them. Request the prequalification packet: written practice, sample certs, sample report, COI, and W-9.
